Eight days of intensive yoga practice.
Sitting quietly in the morning and the pranayama sequence that follows create ideal conditions for us to tune body and mind into the asana work. Our goal should be to find a balance, physically, energetically and mentally. The "Indian spirit" is certainly a good support for us.
The group will be manageable (max. 15 participants) and Elisa and Monika will teach together or alternately. The intensive work on the positions should awaken and intensify the understanding of one's own body. This is also a good opportunity to learn more about yourself and to work on your own "construction sites".
In addition, it is simply an incredibly concrete offer to relax and let go in the free time. The neighborhood will do anything.
